With just one click, you can send lab orders with all relevant information and the selected test profiles from vetOS view directly to your devices. The results are then automatically transferred into the treatment records. Yes, you can. You can send orders to external laboratories via vetOS view and receive the results in the app. Ordering, result transfer, and trend display are fully automated and available within the same interface as your internal analyses.

Are external laboratories and in-house analyses ordered using standardized profiles?

Yes. Use vetOS view to select the appropriate examination profiles for your patients and initiate the diagnostic process. Whether you’re ordering from an external laboratory or performing in-house diagnostics, diabetes screening, cardiac ultrasound, preoperative screening, or pre-purchase examinations for horses, vetOS view makes ordering easier than ever and consistently standardized.

Is the service catalog available digitally?

Yes, it is. All available laboratory services are available in digital form. You can check at any time which tests are available, including parameters, profiles, pricing, and additional details not included in the printed version.

Can I request a courier via vetOS view?

Yes. As soon as you create an order for an external laboratory, you can request courier pickup directly in vetOS view. You can also see at any time which team member requested the courier and when the order was placed.

Can I order additional parameters at a reduced price?

You bet! You can order additional parameters (SYNplus parameters) at a reduced price at any time. The parameters are automatically sent to the laboratory and appear directly in your history.

Are the pathology examination forms available digitally?

Yes. Our specially designed pathology forms allow you to create, transmit, and view pathology orders entirely in digital form.

Will I receive push notifications when results are available?

Yes. You will receive automatic push notifications as soon as new results are available or findings are updated. This way, you won’t miss any updates.

Are all lab results consolidated in one view?

Yes, they are. Internal and external findings are displayed together in a standardized, chronological view. Trends, progression curves, and value comparisons are available immediately, regardless of where the data originates.

Does AI help me evaluate my laboratory findings?
