Yes. Before using the vetOS intelliVET ReportAssistant, your privacy policy must be updated to include a reference to voice recordings. This must be signed by your pet owners. The data processing agreement (DPA) with VetZ already covers the associated technical processing. We also recommend informing pet owners verbally about the voice recording from the start. Later, you can also post a sign to this effect.
